art and climate on Governor’s Island

A few weeks ago The Lower Manhattan Cultural Council announced the 2026 Residency at the Arts Center on Governor’s Island. Yours Truly Is In the Mix!

I’m very excited to be part of this talented, multi-disciplinary creative cohort, working at intersections of art and climate.

I’m using the residency studio time and resources to work on a couple different projects. The residency comes right alongside some big stuff for water riot, and is the perfect place for me to incubate more projects for my NightQueen Performance Suite.

So far, the programming has been amazing, the camaraderie has been inspiring and the public has been quite engaged. I’m looking forward to more, and hopefully I’ll see you there at one of our Open Studio events!
